Hot Springs Village residents can participate in an event that will help keep the Village free of litter. Keep Hot Springs Village Beautiful is a group that works in conjunction with Keep Arkansas Beautiful to gather volunteers to help make the village free of trash and debris. This Saturday, starting at 9 a.m., volunteers, dressed in bright yellow safety vests, will be present on three busy roads. This will include the entirety of DeSoto, Ponce from DeSoto to Highway 5, as well as Balearic from Ponce to Minorca. Drivers should be aware that these volunteers will be in the area and should proceed with caution.
