Who doesn't love seeing a drive-in movie? There's just something appealing about watching a film on the big screen from the comfort of your own vehicle. As drive-in theaters have become less and less common, some different settings are being employed to replicate the classic drive-in tradition. For instance, in a few weeks you can watch the beloved Ferris Bueller's Day Off at the Magellan Golf Course Driving Range!
On Friday, May 12, Boomers Rock and the Magellan Golf Course Driving Range will be hosting a screening of the 1986 comedy starring Matthew Broderick. Gates will open at 6:30 p.m. and the movie will start at 7:30. Feel free to bring chairs or even watch from a golf cart! Boomers Rock will have free popcorn, movie trivia, and prizes, while the Magellan Deli will be open for food and beverage sales.
Advance tickets are $5.00 plus tax and will be sold until Friday, May 12 at 2:00 p.m. Tickets will be $7.00 at the door, so grab yours ahead of time!
