Basecamp is committed to promoting the use and conservation of the area's natural resources by offering recreational opportunities, sharing new experiences, and developing lasting friendships! Throughout the year, they organize a variety of events focused on outdoor adventure sports, including hiking, mountain biking, ATV/off-roading, rock climbing, water sports, geocaching, crystal mining, and more!

Unfortunately, their next event (Guided Striper Fishing Trip) is sold out, so you'll have to wait for the Lake Catherine Dam Mountain Trail Hike happening Saturday, March 10 from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. This hike will be approximately 4 miles long and cover some moderately difficult terrain. Tickets are free, but registration is required.
