DeSoto Recreation Center will host a Community Wellness Party sponsored by RAAD (Rise Above Alcohol and Drugs) a campaign managed by the Arkansas Department of Human Services’ Division of Aging, Adult and Behavioral Health Services, Substance Abuse Prevention. Arkansas’ RAAD program is designed to share information about preventing drug addiction through engaging with the community and businesses and sponsoring activities highlighting how to change drug behaviors. 

The event will occur at the Desoto Recreation Center located at 209 Desoto Blvd. in Hot Spring Village from 9 p.m. - 3. pm. , on July 29th. Participants will be able to pick between a whole host of activities for FREE. The fun will include access to the swimming pool and pickleball courts, bounce house, rock climbing, face painting, mini golf, and much more! Vendors and information booths will also be there to educate the public.

Jacob Flores Music will also entertain the crowd from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. Free breakfast and lunch sandwich vouchers are available to all who register so head here to access the QR code for registration.
