If you're interested in recording your family's genealogical story, sign up for the "Write Family History: Told, Twice Told, and Untold Stories" workshop, happening March 24th in Hot Springs Village!
The Village Writers’ Club and Village Genealogical Society have teamed up to present this informative, all-day event for those interested in learning to write about their history! The interactive writing and genealogy workshop will be led by Marilyn H. Collins, an award-winning non-fiction author, magazine writer, and expert in researching and writing about genealogy.
You can sign up ahead of time for just $30, plus order a boxed lunch for just $10 more! You can choose between turkey, beef, and veggie. Those wishing to attend will also be able to purchase tickets at the door at a cost of $35 per person. You can preregister for this event by clicking here.
The workshop is being held on Saturday, March 24th at the Coronado Community Center. Everything kicks off at 9 a.m. and will run through approximately 3:30 p.m. You can see the full schedule of events below:
