Rental properties here in Hot Springs Village will have to be registered with the Hot Springs Village POA going forward. This policy will “streamline communication and enhance the overall experience for residents and visitors.” 

The deadline to register these properties will be March 31st, 2024 and the fee for each rental property will be $50 and will be good for one year. To register the properties head to the new Member Portal https://members.explorethevillage.com/ under the “Forms” tab or at Member Services at the POA Administration Building.
