"Where the Trail Ends"

HSV Basecamp, together with Hot Springs Village and the Hot Springs Documentary Film Institute, present "Where the Trail Ends", a film by Jeremy Grant. This documentary follows the world's top free-ride mountain bikers as they hunt for untraveled terrain across the globe. Louis Williams of Next Level Barbecue and the Ronin Chef T. Porter Montgomery will be at the event, offering barbeque fusion sandwiches as well as classics. Don't forget to bring a chair!

Crush Cancer Luncheon

Newcomers' Coffee

Are you new to Hot Springs Village? Then come to the Newcomers' Coffee in the Ouachita Activities Building of the Ponce de Leon Center, to learn more about life in HSV. Coffee and donuts will be available at 8:30 a.m. and presentations will begin at 9:00 a.m. The meeting gives new residents an opportunity to hear about organizations, activities and governance in Hot Springs Village.
HSV Senior Softball
Where: Boys & Girls Club Fields
When: Thursdays at 8:30 a.m.
The HSV Senior (Co-ed) Softball League is now recruiting players for its upcoming Fall Season. The league is entering its second season with more than 60 players on the rosters of the four teams. All games are played on Thursday mornings beginning at 8:30 a.m. at the Paul Bewie Boys & Girls Club, just north of the West Gate village entrance. The Fall League will run from Sept. 10 thru Nov. 19. The league is open to all men 50 + yrs and women age 35+. The league has various skill level players and special rules to make the play more senior-friendly. If you are interested in playing some ball come to our informal practices held each Thursday morning from 8:30-10:30 at the Boys & Girls Club. Cost for the Fall League is $15. Bike MS: Rock'n Hot Ride
Where: From Little Rock to Hot Springs Village and back
When: September 12 and 13, 2015

Mixed Doubles Club Championships
Where: Coronado Tennis Center - 151 Ponderosa Lane
When: September 2-6
The 2015 HSVTA Mixed Doubles Club Championships is being held September 2-6. Sign up with a partner or as an individual. Registration fee is $8.00/per player plus your daily court fee. Registration deadline August 31 at 5:00 pm.
Waypoint Grand Opening
Where: The Waypoint at DeSoto Marina - 120 Marina Road
When: Saturday, September 5, 2015
The Waypoint Grand Opening and Open House will be a full day of fun, activities, and special promotions. Stop by to check it out and grab a bite to eat from the Little Penguin Taco Stand, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Enjoy live music from Rupert Wates at 5 p.m. and Shawn James and the Shapeshifters at 7 p.m. Try out our kayaks and paddle boards and participate in organized races. Village Pines Garden Club Mum Sale
Pre-order fall mums in red, yellow or rust. Mums are in a six-inch pots, 16" tall and are $6 each. Mail your checks to Village Pines Garden Club, PO Box 9165, Hot Springs Village, AR 71910. Please include on a separate paper: Your name, phone number, colors and numbers of mums you are ordering. Orders will be taken until September 18, and will be available on October 3.
14th Annual Village Walk for Cancer Research

Come join us for the 14th Annual Village Walk for Cancer Research! Money raised goes directly to the Winthrop P. Rockefeller Cancer Institute Foundation at UAMS.
