Hot Springs Village Homes For Sale
Join the Hot Springs Village Trails Committee and Hot Springs Village Parks and Recreation Department in this year's 5th Annual New Year's Hike. The hike will take place on January 3rd at noon. It will be a one-mile-guided tour on the Balboa Spillway trail. On this light walk, participants will learn the origins of the early Spanish conquistadors and explorers that many of the golf courses, streets, lakes, and buildings. Light refreshments will also be served. Join your fellow residents and learn more about the community that you live in! 
Annual Renewal forms are live and ready to be turned in. There are new ways to renew your membership this year. Please note that online renewals are available for assessment purposes only. There are four ways to renew:
Hot Springs Village Property Owners Association Parks and Recreation Department will have some modified operating hours for amenities. The Coronado Fitness Center will close early on Wednesday, November 27th, at 5 p.m., and it will be closed on Thursday and Friday, November 28th and 29th. The Ponce de Leon Center, Coronado Center, and the Library will also be closed on the 28th and 29th. The Pickleball and Tennis Center clubhouses will be closed on the 28th and 29th, and the court will be available on a first-come, first-served basis for annual members.
