It’s Board Election time here in Hot Springs Village so be sure to make sure that you are locating your packet that was sent to you in the mail and follow the instructions located therein. If you did NOT receive your voter packet then please contact The Inspectors of Election at (888) 211-5332 or email the company at info@tieivote.com. The POA contracted with The Inspectors of Election (TIE), a third-party election service, to conduct the election this year. You can vote either online or by traditional paper ballot. Your packet will contain a paper ballot, voting instructions, as well as a username and password for online voting.

This election cycle is to elect a new Board of Directors of the POA and the certified candidates for this election are Linda Anderson, Pam Avila, Gary Belair, JoAnne (Joanie) Corry, Peter Kirk Denger, Chris Jones, Robert McLeod and Marcy G. Mermel, CCIM, CAC. For more information on these candidates check out The Advocate by checking out how to download the latest issue or by viewing it online. 

Members in good standing that have received voting materials should make sure that their votes are in by 4 p.m. Central on March 31st. It is important that you do not send or drop off any ballots to the POA office at any time. All votes will be handled by The Inspectors of the Election. The results of the Election will be released on April 1st but don’t forget to vote before this date. After the results are tabulated and the winners are announced they will be formally seated after the adjournment of the regular board meeting on April 21, 2021.
