Voting is an important part of being an American so please be sure to exercise your right to vote however you can. There are three ways that you can vote here in Hot Springs Village including Absentee Voting, Early Voting, and of course on November 8th which is Election Day.
Absentee Voting has some restrictions and deadlines that are important to know and follow. To be eligible to vote Absentee you have to qualify for one of these reasons:
- You will be unavoidably absent from your polling site on election day, OR
- You will be unable to attend your polling site on election day due to illness or physical disability, OR
- You are a member of the Uniformed Services, merchant marines or the spouse or a dependent family member and are away from your polling location due to the member’s active duty status, OR
- A U.S. citizen whose residence is in Arkansas but is temporarily living outside the territorial limits of the United States.

Early Voting begins Monday, October 24th. You can vote early Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m and on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.. Early voting will close on Monday, November 7th at 5 p.m.. The location for Early Voting for Saline County is Owensville Baptist Church 22000 AR-5, Lonsdale, AR 72087. The location for Early Voting for Garland County is Community Baptist Church 3518 AR-7, Hot Springs Village, AR 71909.
Election Day Voting will be held on November 8th, from 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.. Garland County residents will go to the First Baptist Church located at 174 Beaudry Cir, Jessieville, AR 71949. Saline County residents will go to the Balboa Baptist Church 415 Ponce DeLeon Drive Hot Springs Village, AR 71909. It is required that you present a photo ID that is state or federal government issued or issued from an accredited post-secondary school here in Arkansas.
