Annual Renewal forms are live and ready to be turned in. There are new ways to renew your membership this year. Please note that online renewals are available for assessment purposes only. There are four ways to renew:
- From December 2nd through January 31st, you can mail your renewal form directly to the Hot Springs Village Property Owners Association office at 895 DeSoto Blvd.
- In Person at the POA office at the above address from December 2nd through January 31st, with hours from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
- This year they have a satellite location at the Ponce de Leon Center at 1101 DeSoto Blvd. The operating hours for that location are 10 a.m. - 2 p.m., Monday through Friday. This service will begin on December 9th and will run through January 17th.
- You can also drop it off at the POA office directly at the Drop Box. That drop box is available when the POA offices are open, from December 2nd through January 31st.
