Due to the inclement weather Hot Springs Village received many of the month of Feburary Committee and Board meetings were postponed. This months Board of Directors meeting is rescheduled for tomorrow, February 26th at 9 a.m. in the Casa de Carta Room in the Ponce de Leon Center. This room is located behind the Ouachita room. Other committe meeting this month are as follows and all take place in the Ouachita Room at the the Ponce de Leon Center unless it specifies differently. 

• Architectural Control - This committee meets the 1st and 3rd Thurday of the month at 8:30 a.m. This months meeting is rescheduled for this Thursday, February 27th, at 8:30 a.m. the location will be Room 6 at the Coronado Community Center.
• Common Property, Forestry, and Wildlife (CPFW) - This committee meets the 1st Monday of the month at 1:30 p.m. at the Coronado Community Center.
• Communications - This committee meets the 4th Tuesday of the month at 2 p.m. 
• Finance and Planning - This committee meets the 1st Monday o the month at 1:00 p.m.
• Governmental Affairs - This committee meets the 1st Friday of the month at 9:00 a.m.
• Golf - This committee meets the 3rd Thurday of the month at 3:00 p.m.
• Lakes - This committee meets the 2nd Wednesday of the monthe at 8:30 a.m.
• Public Services - Tis committee meets the 2nd Thurday of the month at 9:30 a.m.
• Trails - This committee meed the 3rd Tuesday of the month at 1:00 p.m.
