The latest edition of the Hot Springs Village Digest, which was released earlier today, contains tons of great information about everything currently happening in the community. Here are a few highlights to take away from the January 22 issue:
If you would like to start a restaurant, here's your opportunity!
Two separate locations are now on the hunt for a group or individual who can open their own full-service casual dining facility in their space. The Cortez Clubhouse located at 299 Cortez Road and the DeSoto Club located at 100 Clubhouse Drive both find themselves in need of a new operator. If you would like to learn more about how to submit your proposal for either location, contact Theresa Scott at the HSV Purchasing Department at 501.922.5556 x2137.
Someone else beat you to this already...
The Granada Golf Club Restaurant will be under new management! The January 20 board of directors meeting featured an agreement to a three-year lease between the HSVPOA and E & M Ventures, LLC. E & M Ventures is expected to announce a grand opening date in the coming weeks, so stay tuned. The Club will be closed Monday, January 25 through Friday, January 29 for some light renovations.
2016 isn't just for electing a new president!
As of today, there are four candidates running for the three open HSV Board of Directors seats: Bill Roe, Bob Cunningham, Thomas Weiss, and Clay Herrmann. Click here to read each candidate's statement regarding why they deserve your vote. The election will run from March 4-24.
There you have it, another edition of the Village Digest is in the books!
