Here are some closing and modifications to some schedules as we head into the New Year. As far as the Sanitation Facility located on Minorca Rd. it will be closed on January 2nd in observance of New Year Day. trash pick-up will be delayed one day the week following the holiday. Commercial pick-ups remain unchanged but will only be running on Tuesday and Thursday. Special pick-up will not resume until after the holidays so be sure to wait to schedule those appointments. The drop site for leaves and debris will be unavailable January the 2nd as well. Any questions be sure to contact the 
Tis’ the season for an uptick in package deliveries to your home and it is important to remember the rules concerning the gates here at Hot Springs Village. You want to make sure that any service person you hire to come to your home to make repairs is able to access your property as well. These are some reminders of the requirements that these types of service and delivery people need to be able to do their jobs. 
Last year, Fountain Lake Students had the initiative to create an application for both Android and Apple phones to help Hot Springs Village residents navigate dining, activities, and other services. The application is called OSV (Our Smart Village) and it is free to download. The students worked hard on this application so make sure to head to the App store (Apple) or Google Play to find this app. Supporting the students in this endeavor and using this application to help both residents and visitors make their way through activities and eateries here in Hot Springs Village is the reason this app was created.
