Household hazardous materials need to be disposed of properly and thankfully residents of Saline and Garland County can attend an event that will let you bring these items to be processed safely. If you are resident of either county you may head to Garland County Fairgrounds, located at 4831 Malvern Avenue, Hot Springs, Arkansas, on Saturday, October 16th from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. and utilize the drive through service and collection.
Time is running out for any members of Hot Springs Village to send their proxy votes to the third party vote administrator, EPG, who are handling that part of the Assessment voting. Proxy votes need to be received by Friday, November 12th at 4:30 p.m. to the third party entity and NOT to the Hot Springs Village POA. They are unable to handle any of the proxy votes. If you are worried that your vote will not be received on time there is an opportunity to vote in person at the November 15th Member’s meeting. The meeting will be held at the Ponce de Leon Center in the Ouchita Building at 9:00 a.m.. The Ponce de Leon Center is located at 1101 DeSoto Blvd. here in Hot Springs Village. Members need to make sure that they bring proper identification in order to vote. This will include HSVPOA Member card or government issued photo ID and your Member number. At the time of voting Members must be in good standing.
